The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147 does indeed require drilling to install, though that is not the correct fit for your 2022 Thor Vegas 24.3. I verified directly with Roadmaster the correct fit for a rear anti-sway bar on your rig is the following:
- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM83ZR
The # RM83ZR also requires drilling, in this case a 17//32" hole in the frame rail to bolt on the endlink. That said, the front anti-sway bar does not require drilling to install, and the... view full answer...
Yes, the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 can be bolted on rather than welding. This will require you to drill the appropriate 5/8" bolt holes in your frame. You must install at least 4 bolts in each side of the frame with the top 2 holes being mandatory holes that must be used and allowing for you to choose 2 of the bottom 3 holes for the remaining 2 holes. You will need to supply your own grade 5 or stronger bolts as these are not included with the... view full answer...
Adding Item # RM-1139-117 on your 2017 E-Series Cutaway motor home may or may not require holes to be drilled in the frame rails for the end links. On some chassis the holes will not be there and would require them to be drilled.
If you adding a rear sway bar and want to get the best ride quality I also recommend adding Item # RM-1139-176.
Both sway bars working together will provide the best reduction in body roll. view full answer...
I would be happy to help you find the right connector. It is behind the dash at the very top of your console on your 2019 Ford E-350. You will need to pop that panel out and the connector you are looking for will be plugged into the insert. I have attached a picture and an installation video below.
You will need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers item # 3034-P. This will make connecting your Tekonsha Prodigy P3 item # 90195 a complete plug and play installation. view full answer...
Sometimes RV makers may need to relocate a brake controller connection port from the OEM location (behind the coin tray) to another nearby spot in order to accommodate new interior structures they install as part of the RV conversion. When we installed a controller on a 2008 E-450 the connector was located behind the hood release, up near the firewall. In a 2011 model year we found the port behind the door that is pointed out by the screwdriver in the attached photo.

The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 referenced in your question can definitely still be installed on your Thor Vegas Class A Motorhome, even though it does not have the factory plug and play harness installed.
Based on my research, it looks like your motorhome is built on a Ford E-450 chassis. As you have already found out, we have been told that Thor has removed the dash and the Ford installed electrical connections that would have allowed for the brake controller... view full answer...
When installing the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSF-106-47 you simply need to ensure you use jack stands to support your 2017 Ford E-450's frame so the front suspension hangs freely.
It is not recommended or necessary to use Loc-Tite when installing these springs. You will only need to thread the stud on the springs into the mounting location. I have attached links to both the installation instructions and a video of these springs being installed on a '17 E-Series for you... view full answer...
I spoke with Lippert, and they informed me that yes you can convert your 18V awning to 12V buy using a 2-way power feed wiring harness (found in # LCV000334969-362243) to go from the awning arm to your coach, and then from here you will need to hard wire to your power source.
Also, since you mentioned that you wanted to use a switch, you can use either:
-Solera Power Awning Switch Kit # LC285500 for black,
Or,
-Solera Power Awning Switch Kit # LC285499 for white. view full answer...
In regards to the Solera 18V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit part # LC434730, you should have no problem moving both arms down a bit for clearance in either direction. The awning rail is usually oversized so there should be room for adjustments here. This may or may not leave mounting holes exposed from the old arms but they can be filled with some silicone and would not cause any issues. view full answer...
Velcro pieces should stick to the vinyl flooring just fine but you'll want to install the "carpet" side of the Velcro to your vinyl floor and see if that's enough to keep the WeatherTech All-Weather Front Floor Mats # WTW51TN in place as I don't think the other end of the Velcro will stick to this thick rubber mat.
If that doesn't work then I recommend getting piece of carpet you can secure to your floor so the floor mats have something to grip to.

There are no trailer brake provisions on a 2016 Ford Transit. Therefore, in order to install a brake controller such as the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller part # RED24FR you'll need to hardwire. If you don't have the tow package I recommend using a kit like the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7 which comes with everything you need save for the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56327. If you do have the tow package you should only... view full answer...
With SumoSprings # SSF-106-40 installed on your 2017 Thor motorhome built on the Ford E-350 van chassis the springs will be engaged all the time. This means that the vehicle won't have the natural sag that it would with the stock bump stops and the vehicle may ride slightly higher. But it won't lift the vehicle any higher than it would naturally sit if there was little or no weight on the front axle. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you. view full answer...
The correct Tekonsha brake controller adapter harness is the part # 22292 you'd looked at. The # 22292 plugs into the factory connector located behind the dash, as shown in the video I've linked for you. The plug location can be seen by fast forwarding the video to the 16:30 mark. view full answer...
When Roadmaster refers to a 10 and a 14 mm bolt, they're referring to the diameter of the threaded portion of the bolt, not the size of the bolt head or the size wrench needed to install or remove the bolt. If you measure the diameter of the bolts you found, I'm confident you'll find that the diameters match what's referred to in the instructions, which means you'll want to observe the torque figures mentioned in the instructions. I've linked to a video showing a typical installation. view full answer...
The Covercraft Premier Custom Auto Floor Mats - Carpeted # CC76335125 are made to work well on carpeted floors. They can work on your coated floors, but I do recommend using a double sided tape to help hold them in place. view full answer...
There aren't any instructions for just the Lippert Components Spare Tire Winch with Offset Cable # LC159056 at all, but you will need to find a way to bolt it onto the underside of your RV frame; the mounting holes are 5-1/4" apart on center and I have added a photo from a customer which shows how they did it on their trailer.
There are instructions for the RV Spare Tire Carrier with Winch - 71" Overall Width # LC159041, which I have linked for you that will require you bolt to your chassis.... view full answer...
Yes, the Waste Master RV Sewer Hose w/ Camlock Fittings, Nozzle, and Endcap - 20' Long # LC359724 can be stored in your bumper without worry of the heat causing it to go bad.
The only thing you need to have is the right amount of space to store the hose, which has a compressed length of 5 feet. view full answer...
Because the GoPower # 34275013 inverter isn't a vehicle specific part, we don't have installation instructions that are specific to your 2018 Thor Majestic 23-A Class C motorhome.
I'd suggest looking over the linked instructions provided by GoPower, which should give you a good idea if the installation is something you can comfortably handle yourself. Also, an inverter of this type would need to have a sub panel installed which makes the install fairly complicated.
Given that, unless... view full answer...
First check behind the center console on the passengers side or below the center console for a factory brake controller plug on the RV. If you find a plug and it has numerous pins then you would need brake controller harness # 3034-P. If it is more square with just 4 to 6 pins then you would need # 3035-P but it is unlikely that it will take 3035-P. I have linked videos featuring both harnesses for you.
I do recommend the Tekonsha P2 # 90885 because it is one of the most reliable controllers... view full answer...
